The Circuit of the Americas — home of the United States Formula 1 Grand Prix — is one of the most significant construction projects in Central Texas history. Accent Aerial Photography documented the construction process of the 3.4-mile F1 circuit, capturing the scale and complexity of the project from above.

In addition to progress photography and video, we performed photogrammetry mapping of the site — creating accurate aerial maps that gave the project team a precise, measurable overhead view of site conditions.

Before a single beam was placed, this Austin high-rise development needed to answer one critical question for prospective buyers: what will the view look like from my floor? Accent Aerial Photography solved this by hovering at precise altitudes corresponding to each floor level — from the 10th floor to the penthouse — and capturing fully interactive 360° panoramas at each.

The result is an immersive web application that lets viewers stand virtually on any floor, look in any direction, and zoom in to see exactly what their future view would be. It's one of the most powerful pre-sales tools available to residential high-rise developers. Explore the panorama below.

Toll 45SW (State Highway 45 Southwest) is a 3.6-mile controlled-access toll road connecting Loop 1 (MoPac) in southern Travis County to FM 1626 in northern Hays County. Accent Aerial Photography provided ongoing aerial photography and video documentation of this four-lane infrastructure project throughout its construction.
